To ensure your 1000 thread count Egyptian cotton bed sheets continue to provide your home with luxurious comfort and style, certain care measures should be undertaken. For example, when washing your bedding, use a cold or warm cycle. Also, reduce spin and dry your sheets on a washing line at the first available opportunity. A full spin will add creases, as will tumble drying and leaving bedding in a basket or washing machine. Tumble drying is also liable to dry out the Egyptian cotton, resulting in shrinkage of the bed sheet’s fibres. Thanks to the high 1000 thread count, you can expect minimal wrinkles, although you may still wish to perform some minor ironing for that crisp, desirable softness.
